Our address is 140 W. Cascade Ave. in downtown Sisters. Cascade Ave is the main street through town, also known as Highway 20.

What are your store hours?
During the summer, 10:30-5, seven days a week. In winter, we may be closed on Mondays and have shortened hours: 10:30 to 4:00. It's highly recommended to call first, as weather and other factors will determine winter hours.

What is your exchange and return policy?
You can exchange an item, either for a different color/size, or for store credit on a different item, up to 30 days from time of receiving it. We regret that we do not offer refunds on returns.

IMPORTANT: Postal Service does not deliver directly to the shop. If using USPS, send the item you wish to exchange to: Alpaca by Design, PO Box 602, Sisters OR 97759.

For UPS and FedEx, send the item to Alpaca by Design, 140 W. Cascade Ave., Sisters OR 97759.
